APPLICATION FOR PECB COURSES

APPLICATION PROCEDURE

This application form must be completed in full when applying for a PECB course at CSI Academy. Once this application form is completed, it must be submitted to CSI Academy. Your application is subject to review and approval.

Application, payment and registration process

  1. Once your application had been accepted and processed, the customer support team will issue you with an invoice.
  2. You will receive an email from CSI directing you to register on the PECB Platform.
  3. Once payment has been made and confirmed your course will be provisioned on the PECB platform within 24 hours.
  4. You will receive an email from PECB with login details for the PECB KATE Learning Platform and further instructions.
  5. The CSI Customer Support team will also send an email confirming that your payment has been received and that your course has been provisioned.
  6. The CSI Customer Support contact points (Whatsapp, Telephone, Email) are open from 0800-1700 Monday to Friday for any queries or to assist you.
  7. CSI Customer Support is closed on weekends and public holidays in the Republic of South Africa. All times indicated are South African Standard Time.


Costing

  1. Please see the costing for the specific course for which you wish to enrol on the CSI PECB webpage. The cost is exclusive of VAT.
  2. All courses are self-study.
  3. Your course fee includes two attempts at the certification examination https://pecb.com/en/examination-rules-and-policies
  4. Once a payment has been made for a PECB Course and the course has been provisioned by PECB the course cannot be cancelled. Please view the PECB refund policy here: https://pecb.com/en/pecb-refund-policy#:~:text=PECB%20will%20refund%20the%20exact,be%20deducted%20from%20the%20reimbursement.
  5. Your PECB Course and examination should be completed within a 12-month period.


Payment Method

Course fees are payable in full prior to commencement of the course.

Candidates can make payment against an invoice via PayFast or EFT.

IT and Cyber Security Program
